What You’ll Do

• Strategic Talent Leadership: Own overall talent strategy — including organizational design, workforce planning, and headcount forecasting across all functions; Partner with the CEO and leadership to define role structures, career paths, and compensation bands as the company scales; Translate growth goals (e.g. Series A prep) into a hiring roadmap tied to budget and business milestones.
